W.W. Gay Ortega River Run Gourmet Dinner

Friday, February 9, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m., Lori Schiavone Commons

Chef Stephen Bechan from the Florida Yacht Club and St. Mark’s Campus’ Dad’s Club are preparing gourmet and child-friendly menu options to serve during race packet pickup. If you did not pre-order a dinner, cash or credit cards will be accepted at the check-in located in the foyer of the Lori Schiavone Commons.

Menu:

  • Caesar salad (dressing on the side)
  • Garlic breadsticks
  • Green bean and sweet onion almondine
  • Herb roasted new potatoes
  • Seared chicken breast with wild mushroom marsala sauce
  • Veggie baked ziti
  • Meat lovers spaghetti and marinara
  • Kids buttered noodles
  • Assorted fresh baked cookies
  • Child-friendly buttered noodles
