St. Mark’s Campus’ Camp Create Off to a Great Start
Rising ELP 2 – kindergarten students kicked off their summer at Camp Create on June 3.
Each week, campers explore the Reading Aquarium, dive into STEM and STEAM projects at the Creation Station, and develop their motor skills through Soccer Shots and Play Ball sessions at Lori Schiavone Commons. Weekly storytime at the library adds an extra layer of fun and learning. Campers enjoy water play twice a week, a refreshing and fun way to beat the summer heat. The camp’s bi-weekly themes keep the activities fresh and exciting, with the first two weeks focused on the ocean. Arts, crafts, and activities are all tailored to fit each theme, making every day a new adventure.
“Camp Create is proving to be the perfect blend of education and play, ensuring a memorable and fun summer,” said Betsy Porter, Director of Extended Day and Enrichment Programs.
