Lower School Dads’ Clubs Kick Off the School Year

Both Lower School Dads’ Clubs held evening events on Thursday, September 7 to kickoff the school year. The evening provided an opportunity for dads to meet each other in a relaxed setting while learning about upcoming campus events and opportunities to get involved.

The Beaches Campus dads held a social at Southern Swells in Jacksonville Beach with pizza and drinks.

“I was ecstatic with the amazing turnout we had for the Meet and Greet,” said Sean Moneypenny, 2023 Beaches Campus Dads’ Club President.  “We have seen tremendous growth in the Dads’ Club over the last few years and we hope to carry that momentum into upcoming projects this school year. The event allowed for all of our dads to join in fellowship and meet others in our school community.”

St. Mark’s Campus dads held a social in the Lori Schiavone Commons for dinner, drinks, and pickup basketball.

“It was great catching up with familiar faces and also meeting many new ESJ dads, “ said Robert O’Quinn, 2023 St. Mark’s Campus Dads’ Club President. “I am looking forward to getting to know everyone over the coming months and supporting ESJ with Dads’ Club volunteers throughout the school year. Go Eagles!”
